As the Automobile is changing from gas, to hybrid to electric propulsion. The house will change. 

We can not simply take new technology and put it into the typical looking house. "We are not in Kansas anymore......" The house itself will change, the looks, the function, the spaces.

My house designs and architecture, are those changes. I am designing for the middle class, houses that are spacious, functional, and energy efficient. 

I design with high performance glass, dense solid foam insulation in the walls, floor and roof areas. Computer controlled lighting, heating and AC system. LED light fixtures. Solar batteries charging for running the major electrical appliances like the refrigeration, washer and dryer.
